Processing Time
Retail Products
Standard retail products are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Custom Products
Custom orders require additional processing time for design, approval and production. These orders typically take 7-10 business days to process before shipping. For complex custom designs, or large orders processing time may be longer. We'll keep you updated on the status of your custom order throughout the process.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 3-12 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days
United States
- Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days
- Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days
International
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times vary by location and typically take 10-15 business days for standard shipping and 5-7 business days for express shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can see the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
Note: There is no tracking for domestic standard shipping (regular mail).
Customs and Import Taxes
For international shipments, please note that you may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.
Delivery Issues
If there are any issues with your delivery, such as damage or loss, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date in case of non-delivery).
Returns and Exchanges
Please note: Custom orders are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
We stand by our products. If a product you received from us has an issue, or we shipped the wrong product, you may return or exchange the product.
